Delivery & Returns
We ship worldwide! All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery Costs:
- UK: Standard £2.99 (estimated delivery 2-4 working days) or Tracked £4.99
 - Europe: Tracked Delivery £9.99 (estimated delivery 5-7 working days)
 - Rest of the World: Tracked Delivery £12 (estimated delivery 7-10 working days)
 
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays for international orders.
 - We ship from the UK. If you're ordering Internationally, local taxes and customs fees may apply upon delivery. I'll be able to work on making this process smoother as we grow — thank you for supporting an independent brand!
 - For international customers, please note you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in your country. To help with this:
 - For EU customers: for orders under €150 and shipping to the EU, taxes are automatically included in prices. For orders over €150, these will not be included checkout so you will need to fees at customs.
 - For US customers: tariffs are included at checkout with delivery, so there shouldn't be any surprise charges at customs. Please note however the situation is still new and changing.
 
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, I'm here to help.
Return Policy:
- You can of course return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
 - Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
 - For faulty items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.
 - Please email me at christye@edenmaystudio.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
 
- Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
 - Original shipping costs are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns.
 - We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
 - Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 - By making a purchase from Eden May, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.
